We had Basset quote and install ~$7000 of high quality carpet in 3 rooms. Their pricing was competitive. The execution - measurement, quotation, installation, movement of furnishings, clean up was excellent and prompt. All our organisation was done by phone and email. They kept us up to date and co-ordinated with our property manager efficently. As said, the end result was excellent. We were very satisfied and would recommend them highly.

They did my carpet in June 2020. Carpet is great. Install guys broke a door and promised to fix it. It has been six months and no fix. The broken door is 100% forgivable, but refusing to fix it is not forgivable at all.

Have had multiple experiences with Store Team. Excellent service and really good results from installers.
