Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

He missed two leaks, we found that out when we turned on the water. We called a second time and they sent a different repair person Drew from cjs & Bassett he was wonderful fixed rhe leaks made sure we had hot water. I highly recommend Drew for any plumbing problems. I'm giving Jordan 3 stars and Drew 5 stars. Thanks for the prompt service and I appreciate you coming so quickly with the bad weather.

Dylan Gabbard came out for my annual hot water heater, tuneup, and inspection and you couldn’t ask for a better service. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer. Any questions made recommendations, but not high-pressure sales. None of that kind of stuff. He definitely has experience and a great knowledge in his field. He represents the company very well for their outstanding services and I highly recommend that you Do not hesitate to use this company. I was also extremely happy with how quick they responded and was able to come out. They have some great deals running right now so check them out also.

Avery was outstanding representative for your company. He work was neat and efficient and also very friendly willing to answer all questions. My experience during this process was all very good. I will look to Bassett for any future necessary work that I may need.

Hard sell with a lot of talking and technical information that didn't mean much to me. Aim seemed to be to sell me a 10k new system. Technician acknowledged he is paid a commission for this. I had to interject a couple of times to get to a summary of recommendations...other than replace everything right now. System is about 12 years old. For me, this approach wasn't helpful. Prices seemed high as well. 500 to change capacitor. 500 for a furnace cleaning.

I had a terrible experience with Basset. I had a huge job done and they (Jared, Dylan and Josiah) cut corners and refused to take accountability for a faulty job. I highly do not recommend this company.
