My AC unit went down called Bates. They came out. They gave me five options on fixing my unit, ranging from band aid to a full replacement. It’s nice to have options. We chose to go in the middle of the road and replaced the capacitor install a soft start kit and a UV light. Money well spent My light bill has gone down and my house feels cleaner
