Bates Electrical Service Team

What a great experience with Bates Electrical. House was struck by lightning and had several outlets not work plus our under-cabinet lights went out. Called Bates Electrical and Barry was able to come out SAME DAY!!! He was on time, extremely professional, and explained everything that had happened. He fixed what he could, left detailed information on what we needed to fix the rest, and even fixed a couple of things that weren't just right in our house. All for 1 reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an electrician.

Professional, friendly team that I highly recommend and will use going forward for any electrical needs. They were responsible for a whole house re-wire as part of a remodel project and they asked probing questions on what I wanted to accomplish, recommendations on setup, and honest feedback. Answered all my questions, explained various concepts, walked me through the layout and how they performed all of the work. They went the extra mile to ensure that I understood how everything went together, were reachable by phone when questions arose and when I had issues with permitting was able to conference in the team so they could explain how things were setup and met current code standards so permitting and connection to the power grid didn't require additional work, scheduling, or visits. We had a horrible experience with one specific electrician by the name of Nick Krill. Not only did he take over 10 months to complete the job, but he also left a complete mess at the job site. His lack of professionalism and motivation to get the job done resulted in parts being stolen and the delay of my mom’s property being listed on the market. Several times Nick was a no show or would leave the job site without completing a full days work. Finally I had to list the property and my mom had to explain that it HAD to be done. No more dragging the job out. Once the job was complete , Nick tried to get more money in labor than the original agreement. This is after My mom came out of pocket for extra tools he needed and the replacement parts. He went to the extend of threatening to come to m
