James was quick to come out to give us a detailed estimate and get us on the schedule for a custom iron/wood backyard security gate. Bates Fencing was fantastic to work with! Communication was excellent from start to finish. I got a free quote quickly, and the design process was smooth with plenty of options. He kept me updated, finished right on time, and the gate looks beautiful. James also informed me about all my options for staining the fence. I will continue to have any fencing work I need done through Bates!
We would highly recommend Bates Fencings Inc. James is very knowledgable and easy to work with on designs. The install crew of consisting of Omar, Corbin, John and Augustine, were stellar. They arrived on time, took pride in their work, cleaned up when finished and followed up with any issues after install was complete. We are very happy with the results and how great our property looks with the new gates that match our Mid Century Modern, home.
Super happy with Bates Fencing! James is a great communicator for all steps, scheduling and expectations. Excellent work and will make it right if it has errors; his crew is clean, courteous, ethical. He helped my design come to life on the horizontal fence, raw steel posts and a custom raw steel gate (then intentionally rusted) came out great!! Photos taken one month after and I'm sealing the fence next week.
Extremely happy with the fence and work! It's beautiful to look at and love the privacy! Shout out to John, Tyson and the 2 other crew members that did the work!
