What a wonderful experience! A very capable three man team moved my very heavy piano, snow and all! They made it look so easy! On top of that, they were also personable and respectful. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone anywhere! I have used other moving companies, and this one beats them all!

I was extremely nervous about my move as I was relocating to the West Coast of Florida from Massachusetts. I was referred to Bates Moving by a friend. From the time they arrived at my apartment until the end of my move, I knew I was in the most capable of hands. Mike’s demeanor is calming and reassuring. Mike, Nick, and Brandon packed all of my fragile pieces, including my oil and water color paintings (that my grandfather painted), expensive glass lamps, vases, and other fragile items. EVERYTHING was wrapped and thoroughly protected. They also went above and beyond for me by moving some pieces I didn’t want out to the curb for trash pickup. Bates Moving . . . what an amazing moving company! Mike Bates was great about responding to my calls and texts - from my initial inquiries straight through to last minute questions on moving day. He and his crew arrived on time and introduced themselves in a professional, friendly manner. I was very surprised at the amount of equipment they unpacked and the time spent protecting our floors and possessions to be moved. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and the result was absolutely no damage! Nothing was even broken in any of our boxes. It was amazing how quickly they loaded so much “stuff” into their truck. We honestly could not have been happier with Mike Bates and his crew. Will now have a new moving company!!! These guys were amazing! Mike promptly returned my initial contact call, booked a convenient delivery time, even ended up reaching out to deliver earlier as requested as we had a wake to attend, and all right after a crazy snowstorm! They even went above and beyond by taking off and replacing our door so our sectional sofa was able to fit through our garage side entrance despite our larger front door being inaccessible due to over a foot of snow! Bates was the only company that physically came to our home to understand the job, then gave an all inclusive price for the entire job. No hidden fees no, no surprises. The quality of their work and experience is unmatched. The entire crew are careful, meticulous and friendly.
