Caleb and Britton from the Arlington store came out on Monday 11-24 for a shower over lay on my old tile. As soon as Caleb seen it he said he needed to remove some tile The base wouldn’t fit like the sales person said it would. It ended up with with having to do a complete demo and start fresh Caleb and Britton said there were some issues that needed corrected They weren’t able to finish in one day and returned 11-25 to finish job. These guys did an awesome job This best part was the cost didn’t change from original quote They installed a bathtub replacement back in 2017 which is still in perfect shape. Thank you Caleb and Britton for job well done

Calub and Britton came to redo my hall bath last Friday and did a WONDERFUL job! I was working from home and could hear the good working relationship between them as Calub explained why things are done a certain way and emphasized good measurements. Calub has been with the company longer than Britton, and that was nice to hear and see, because it showed me that he cares about the company, the product, and his team! They were both very kind and updated me throughout the whole process!! Colton, who came out a couple of weeks prior to assess, was also a great team member! Regina, with whom I communicated the most at this location regarding scheduling and my history, was very sweet. Y'all have a great crew!

Our shower door was installed in ‘99 by previous owners using Bath Fitters. A roller on a door cracked off and the door failed to move properly. I called and spoke with Regina. She told me there was a lifetime warranty and she would have a technician out to fix it. Colton arrived on time and had the expertise to confirm the issue, had the parts and in a short while the door was repaired and worked perfectly. I recommend Arlington Bath Fitters for any remodel. I would like to commend the installers and plumber for a great job in installing my new shower with new plumbing fixtures. They are Irvine, Britton and Jake. On time for the job, very professional and detailed. Thank you for your hard work.

I just had my shower redone and I am more than pleased with the process and the results. Earsla was kind and explained the whole process to me when I signed up and Regina answered all my questions when I would call the office. Caleb and Britain were the installers, and they were awesome in explaining what they were doing. They were a joy to work with and cleaned up the mess they made!!
