Our experience with Bath Fitter was outstanding!! Billy our salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our ideas. Our installer Chuck was great!! He came at the expected time and installed our new walk in shower that met our expectations. Clean up was done. He was professional and friendly to work with. Today, we had our Bath Fitter installed. From the beginning with dealing with sales representative Billy, who assisted us in selecting the most suitable option for our needs & answering all our questions. Mike then completed the installation. The service provided was exceptional. Mike arrived promptly, was friendly, worked diligently, and ensured that everything was functioning correctly before departing. He also took the time to explain the proper cleaning procedures to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our bath fitter. I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience.
We were very pleased with the whole experience with Bath Fitter. We were able to schedule the free estimate and the installation in a very timely manner. We had a tub to walk in shower installation and the whole installation took 5 hours. Joe A. and Rob were very friendly, thorough and left no mess. Before he left, Joe took the time to explain all the features and care instructions. The new walk-in shower looks beautiful!
What a beautiful job Bath fitters did transforming my bath tub to a new modern look. Easy seamless process. My installer Charles was wonderful, professional and cleaned everything up when he was done. I did Not even know work was done at my house. Highly recommend!
