Luis E. was absolutely outstanding! He was courteous, respectful, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. This was a conversion of a 1974 tub-shower combo, and Luis handled the project with exceptional care and precision. I especially appreciated how he cleaned the workspace at the end of each day and always communicated clearly when entering or leaving the house. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. The service received by this company in Florida by Nooth (office) and Luis(installer) was excellent. After more than 5 years of installation, the tub presented a little damaged in 2 places and it was totally replaced at no cost to us. Within a week everything was set and replacement in a morning. Fully recommend . Attached the removal process, replacement and final installation.

Bathroom looks amazing. I recommend because it was quick installation, done in 1/2 day. Giving 4 stars, because even though bathroom was completed, nothing was cleaned up outside. All shavings from cutting the acrylic were everywhere. For the price of the new tub, the least they could do was to clean up after themselves. But I recommend BF for a new bathroom.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my new shower. Luis in sales was polite and knowledgeable in his presentation of the services. Yuniskey, the installation tech was professional and got the job done. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. There was good problem solving during the appnt and the service was punctual. Once the selections were made, it was pretty hassle free for us. Yuniskey left everything in pristine condition, and I thank him for being honest in his recommendations. Highly recommend this company.
