Caleb was our installer and did a fantastic job. We had some custom additions to our walk in shower to meet my specific needs and everything came together beautifully. We couldn’t be happier.

We had a tub/shower insert removed and replaced by a walk-in shower. Will and Caleb did an excellent job! They worked hard and nonstop to ensure the install was done. We found it unbelievable that they could get that much work done in a day! They were professional, respectful and communicated well to keep us informed of the progress and to get our input on placement of various items.

I had two bathroom renovations done by Bath Fitters. My main bathroom was a tub removal/walk-in shower renovation, and my half bathroom had a closet that was renovated into a walk-in shower. Caleb renovated the main bathroom and Will renovated the closet to a walk-in shower. Caleb went out of his way to repair my bathroom door trim in both bathrooms so it would be flush with the walls after they removed all the old white ceramic tiles and fixtures, and Will built an amazing header above the closet to walk-in shower renovation . Both bathrooms had wainscotting applied to the walls to replace where the old ceramic tiles had been. Will was amazing! Very patient and dint mind explaining everything he was doing to me even though he was busy. It looks beautiful.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short of the sales pitch. The installer left a mess - dust, debris - took me hours to clean. My floors were splattered with adhesive and had to patch my ceiling and drywall from damage. My new shower walls are scratched throughout the entire surface and chipped. Issues with caulking. Anxiously waiting to see the resolution but the thought of having to redo this is daunting. Very disappointed and regretful. I'll post an update when I receive resolution....
