Bath Fitter

I have a guarantee on my shower. Selling home and inspector found a crack in it. The shower is only about 3 years old. They came to fix it and said it needs to be replaced. Wait a week for an installation date with no response. Called and was told that it's a 4-6 week wait for a replacement. I said I need it sooner because I'm moving and it had to be replaced or the buyers will back out of the deal or I'm on the hook for a replacement or repair. Bath fitters said I'm out of luck and had no way to help me. So, the guarantee they brag about sucks.

I called two weeks ,I called the wrong location so the kind lady transferred me to the Right location to assist me,the phone rang and I got disconnected, Wonderful I never called back there wasn't a # for me to call ,I didn't want to call the other location and be annoying
