Bath Fitter

Bath-fitters installed a glass shower door and tub. Five years later, a small chip developed in the glass door, causing the sliding doors to cease functioning unexpectedly. A worker inspected the door and identified the chip, repairing the sliding doors. Since the glass door was still under warranty, I was informed that it would be replaced. However, a worker named Stuart (who happens to be a manager) came out to perform the replacement but was unable to locate the chip, despite it having been previously recorded by the previous worker. After some research, I discovered that a “crack glass shower door” can be repaired rather than replaced. Instead, Stuart lied and claimed that there were no existing cracks. First, the expectations set by the sales team were not delivered. I was told that my mother’s shower could be installs in one day and that they would make her job a priority, and could be scheduled for a couple of weeks in the future. When the office called to schedule, they attempted to have it installed in six weeks, so over a month in the future. The office said that they couldn’t do it any sooner and it needed to be done over two days. The scheduler then said that they couldn’t do it in four weeks, and after I pushed back, they could do it in 2 weeks, but it would have to be in two non-consecutive days. Love my Bath Fitter unit! Easy to clean and makes my bath room feel brighter and cleaner! So many great choices and an easy 2 day install!

Sloppy work with defective materials. I spent a lot of money to have them redo a shower. The floor has cracked twice! This so-called improvement was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

6 years ago I had my shower/both combo redone by Bathfitter, Greeenfield, MA. I loved, loved it and still do. It is easy to clean, a simple wipedown after each shower and it glistens. Today I had to call due to the shower and tub running at the same time. Within an hour the owner sent Stewart over and in less than a half hour, it was fixed. In addition Stewart checked my water pressure. I had a leaking connection which he also fixed. This company does an excellent install job, but most importantly they stand by the product and come to make the fix. Hats off to Bath Fitter, Greenfield.
