Excellent experience with Bath Fitter for the remodel of our master shower. Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. Jose our installation specialist did an outstanding job with the install. He had a great attitude and his workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend Bath Fitter if you are looking for a quality remodel done quickly.

Oscar and Jose just installed our shower and did an amazing job. They called before they arrived and worked diligently through the day and completed ahead of schedule! They were very polite and professional through the whole process. Great job!

The two installers came on June 4, 2025 At 9:30 AM and worked straight through until 5:30 PM. They tore out my old tub and shower prep the area for the new acrylic white walk-in shower with chair grab bars and shower caddy. Also installed permanent showerhead and handheld showerhead. I chose white acrylic subway tile pattern and I love it. I would highly recommend that fitter for your next bathroom remodel/ update. The lead installer was named Joe and the assistant was Nehemiah.

While no one likes to spend money on new showers/bathtubs, Bath Fitter made the process relatively easy. They were able to make it for a timely consultation as I had a slow leak coming from a very old shower drain. They were also timely in installing. Oscar, Jeff, Nehemiah, and Gideon were all very professional and quick (same day!). They worked together well even though my bathroom was smaller and even showed me what was underneath! The lifetime warranty is why we went with Bath Fitter. It is good to know that I can call them up and they can come out to fix whatever happens!

The Bath Fitter experience was exceptional; from the free home estimate to the installation! Each of the Bath Fitter Team Members were courteous, respectful, no pressure sales. The communications was excellent; keeping us informed at all points of the process. The Installation Team, lead by Joe Gideon, arrived on time, took proper care of protecting our home, did everything they could to minimize dust during demo and took pride in their work to complete the installation with care and precision. Joe and his Team also did a good job cleaning up the Bath and areas they used to move in/out of the house. We are extremely pleased with the new bath enclosure and the Bath Fitter Team.
