Bath Fitter

We had a remodel completed on our shower stall, including new fixtures, safety bars, glass doors. Eric and Tom performed this work with obvious care and concern for quality craftsmanship. Before any work was started, the areas of our home that would be impacted by this renovation were protected with ground cloth. They kept us informed of their progress and responded with clarity when questions were asked. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and those who made that possible.

We had a shower replaced and I must say I am very pleased with the outcome. The installation was very detailed and nearly completed. Eric and his helper did a great job with the installation from start to finish. The clean up was a plus as well.

Zero stars if I could. We were told it was gonna be one day and it ended up being two for installation. So we adjusted out work schedules. The caulking that they put at the bottom of our tub molds like you would not believe. We were told it would be a mold free tub, and the caulking looks horrible. I asked about it and they said that it shouldn’t be molding and that the installer must’ve used the wrong caulking. They are supposed to be coming to give us the type of caulking it should’ve been in the first place.Five months after installation, we noticed a leak in the plumbing that they did, which molded our wood floors. We called them to come out and fix it. They said it just needed to be tightened. Five months after that the same spot broke off completely and flooded our two back bedrooms.

This is the second time we have used this FL Bathfitter and continue to happy with the service. Communication with the company was good. We knew when there was going to be a delay and it would be a 2 day process. Eric was a great installer, with good workmanship and advice.

Daniel Camacho installed my new bathtub perfectly. He was nice, friendly and quick with the whole process. I’m so pleased!!
