Bath Fitter

Our installer Erin did a marvelous job changing our bathtub/shower to a walk-in shower. I needed an easier and safer way for my mom to shower. The process was fast, and Erin was friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured the shower was properly sealed, cleaned up afterward, and selected a good chair height for my mom. He also explained how to turn on the water and when we could use the shower. It was also nice that the shower is fully insured by Bath Fitter, even if we sell the house.

We had Bath Fitter replace to old bath/shower inserts that were original to the house (22 years old). Both had started creaking and one developed a leak. Bath Fitter has a ton of options to choose from, but because our house is not fancy, we went with a basic, affordable option of a plain white tub/shower combo and simple fixtures (no handheld sprayers, etc.). We did "splurge" on two corner shelf units in each bath/shower combo to hold bottles, etc. The difference from the old tub/shower is remarkable! The process from start to finish (sales through installation) was very smooth. The one-day installation went perfectly and actually only took about 4-5 hours (vs. all day). Bath Fitters is an amazing company that has some amazing employees working for them! I have been renovating my house for the last 2 years with only my dad and myself. By the time, I wanted to do the bathroom I was exhausted and just wanted to get it done. I researched and met with Bath Fitters and thought they would be a perfect fit. I loved the idea of a 1 day install. They were very patient with me when picking choices for the tub surround and fixtures. I wanted a modern look with clean finishes.
