We had a great experience with everyone we encountered at Bath Fitter Newark. Stephen H did most of the work at our house and was assisted by Frank. Absolutely satisfied. Some years ago, I had bathfitter come out and do 2 bathrooms in my home. Recently I noticed the wall was beginning to peel away and the trimming was starting to buckle. All work guaranteed for life. Called bath fitter and they sent out a tech, JR who determined that it could not be repaired and would have to be done again. Within a week or so, JR was back and reinstalled a new wall and trim. Customer service is top notch with this company!

I called Bath Fitter as I was helping a family member who needed a tub-to-shower conversion. First of all, their customer service is friendly and efficient. Luis Legorreta arrived on time to start the installation. He was terrific and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He is very meticulous and did a fantastic job. I think the finished shower looks great and the family member is extremely happy!
