After experiencing a reoccurring issue with my existing liner over the past year a decision was made to remove the old liner and install a new one. Noah was the installer assigned to my job. He was knowledgeable about the product,willing to answer my questions and took time to explain the important details of the install that I needed to be aware of. Noah realized that placing the new liner over my existing cast iron tub would cause me further issues. He made the call and recommended a new acrylic tub be installed. We have both a shower and tub remodel by Bath Fitters of Charleston. Josh Griffith came out today to do a last minute update to our shower and it looks great. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Great Job, Josh!

At this moment i haven't had work completed yet. I'm rather unsatisfied as it seems i am not important enough as a customer to contact about current installation status. An employee came in on Jan 24 and gave a quote and took my deposit. I was told there was a 3-4 week wait for installation, which i understood. Four weeks went by and no call. So i called to sales person on the Fed 26 and was told the equipment should be ready by now to install, and that the scheduling person was on vacation. Vacation? So would they be upset if they went to get their paycheck and the person who does payroll was on vacation? Point made. So he said he talk to his Supervisor when he arrived at work. I'm loving my new shower. The permanent grab bars increased the safety and security. There is a place to put my shampoo and soap. The height of the shower head is adjustable. I'm only five feet tall. It's great showering with a shower head that is not set up for someone that is six feet tall. I was worried about the the lip being so short, but there hasn't been any water on my bathroom floor. It is most excellent. Noah is the young man that installed my new shower. He was totally professional. It did take all day. But only one day. Believe me it was a mess. But when he left it was totally clean. He was great at explaining things to me. Even told me how to clean it. (Windex and vinegar is recommended.) I love taking showers now. I highly recommend Bathfitters.
