Rodney and Owen were my installers and they were absolutely fabulous! Firstly my condo maintenance delayed the start due to their lack of knowledge of where the main water shut off was in the building. Plus the installers drove about 2 hours to get to my location. They were accommodating to my schedule and committed to start and complete the job same day, despite the delayed start. They were respectful, effective, quiet and diligent hardworking men. I felt safe with them and trusted them every step along the way. They didn’t rush the job, they did it right and with good work ethic and integrity, which is really hard to find these days. I’m grateful! Highly recommend.

Bath Fitters replaced a 40 year old shower and a 40 year old jetted bath tub in our condo which is located on the 10th floor of our building. First of all, Richard, who was the account rep, was thorough and detailed in the explanation of the process. He also provided samples for the actual products that were going in. Rodney, who installed both units, was very professional and meticulous with his work. I had many questions throughout the install and he never minded stopping and explaining anything I wanted to know. He and his team tore out both of the old units down to the studs, had a licensed plumber install all new plumbing lines for the shower, installed new backer board, then installed the acrylic showers and finishes. Brandon was very professional and did a great job on the bathroom installation. He did make a mistake with measuring the cut on the curtain rod but he quickly made arrangements to get a new one in a couple of days. My mother (Penny Currie) and I are more than pleased with the job and will definitely spread the word to our friends.

Bruce Stanley the installer was very professional and fully informed us about the installation process. He protected our floors and furnishings and did a great job removing our old shower and installing the new one. We are very satisfied with the results.
