I called Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by NW Bath Specialists and the gal on the phone was very informative and able to get us scheduled for a free in-home consultation the same week. Project Manager Chad arrived right on time and the consultation was excellent from taking measurements to discussing design options together. I really appreciated that it was interactive and informative, not a pushy sales pitch. The installation went smoothly and the crew kept the bathroom clean and organized throughout the process. Everyone was friendly without being too familiar. I met Delaney at the Home Show. She was knowledgeable about their products and how to schedule the bathtub installation around the other remodeling projects in this area. Their salesman who came out to bid the job kept me on track for ordering parts that were within the scope of my project. The installer was great. He took the time to help me place the grab bar and left no mess. After the installation I decided that I did want a sliding bar for the shower head. They ordered one and got it installed promptly. I consider remodeling to be pretty stressful, but they made it easy.

I would highly recommend Bath Planet. From the salesman, David Gowdy, to the office person - Stephanie, all were very professional and nice. I had a new shower installed on Friday. Troy and Cameron were here from 8:30 to 3:00, removed my old shower and door and I had my NEW beautiful shower and glass door in that short of time. They were very professional and cleaned up as they went. Couldn't be any happier. Thank you Bath Planet. I will be recommending you to everyone!

Every thing went smoothly starting with the representative explaining all the options, how they install it and type of materials used. The installer was very pleasant and he knew exactly what he was doing. He also cleaned up better than I could. We are very pleased and the price was right.
