Bath Planet excelled in several ways over most other contractors we have hired for home improvements. First, they were truly hands-on when it came to overseeing the contractors who installed our beautiful sliding door. Both Jimmy and Jason called or stopped by several times during the project. Next, as we were plannig the installation, these guys thoroughly explained the process, described the materials, justified the costs, laid out the financing, and listened to our wishes and concerns. They explained how the contractors would go about installing the door and pledged their involvement until the process was complete. Did shower remodeled . Quality of work looked great. Salesperson was nice and they said lifetime warranty. But disappointed by service . We did this shower remodeled just 6 months and its door handle bar is wiggly. Have called them 3 times past 70 days . Disappointed by after service , but looks there was mis-communication. Thanks for the response, and taking care of the same promptly now.

The people are outstanding to work with. Our shower looks great. The job was done on time. We are so happy. I feel it is alittle over priced but now i see that you get what you pay for.

No military or senior discount offered. No interest rate discounts for paying off over 12 months like Jacuzzi Bath. We had to pay 5 Kvup front, then 10K on start date. The one gentleman that did the job did not put on booties or floor covering while doing the job. Powder from dry wall installment all over bathroom, master bedroom and living room. They do not use a saw that has a vacuum in it. The odor from the glue/caulking burned our eyes. Had to open windows and put on fan to air out house for a few hours while we left. Had to request over several weeks to have ceramic ramp installed. When he did, worker broke off edge and left before we noticed it broken. New Walk in Shower with seat is lovely. Grab bar placement and seat height were customized especially for my mother. Water valve was relocated to side wall by bench seat for easy access. Arrival of supplies took about a month. Removal and new installation took a day and a half. Jimmy is compassionate, patient and listens while you talk and ask questions. New showers are expensive. Everything has lifetime warranty. We did not deal with high pressure sales. No promises of discount only if you commit today. In my opinion the people at Bath Planet Bowling Green are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a bathroom remodeled.
