Bathroom Pros

The bathrooms at my parent's house were in desperate need of an update and had some flooring damage. Kristin came out and helped us pick out new floors, fixtures, showers, etc with such ease and was incredibly helpful when we had issues deciding or extra questions. The crew came and completed the work in an amazing amount of time and checked in with any questions that came up along the way. The end result was incredible with a simple and modern bathroom that is beyond our expectations. The master bath was originally dark and cramped and after it's bright and feels so much more open. The entire process was super simple and I was able to be a part of it despite living 100 miles from my mom. As we are getting older, I felt it important to make the bathroom age friendly. Bathroom Pros were at a local fair and we had them come look at our bathroom. We decided to go with an entire remodel. We had non-slip flooring put in. New cabinets, sink and toilet were added. The main thing I wanted was to remove the tub and have a walk in shower installed. Bathroom Pros pulled the tub and put in exactly what I requested. New shower walls and non-slip shower floor that is very slightly lowered, making it easy to walk in. Since the remodel was completed a few months ago, my husband broke his leg and can’t put any weight on it for 2 month. The new shower has been ideal in this situation. We met Bathroom Pros at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Their booth was front and center as you walked in. Met Pete and Kristine who are members of this family owned business. They had actual example models of Bathroom styles to look at in their booth. After talking to other vendors we decided to use Bathroom Pros. We made an appointment with Kristine for an in home consultation. She spent 4 hours with us to plan our Bathroom remodel. She presented options and samples and helped us make decisions. Provided us with a detailed quote with payment options with a time line on completion which they held to. We are so happy and satisfied with the high quality of work they did. My husband and I are all about working with local businesses. Bathroom Pros were professional from the sales rep to the crew. They showed up on time and did the demolition and install in one day as promised.The crew cleaned up as they were working and left it as clean as when the started. We were very happy with the end result. We would recommend them.

We had Bathroom Pros work on two bathrooms. One was a complete renovation and the other was a new shower, toilet and faucet. Working with Kristin to design was delightful. She was thorough and patient to answer all our questions. Follow-up questions were encouraged and answered. Pete and his crew were so easy to work with.
