I had the best experience with Kinsey Cavnar from Baths of America - Sugarland. She helped me look for hardware, faucets and a towel warmer for my master bath upgrade. She also helped me select hardware for my kitchen. I was under a lot of stress of rebuilding my home from a water pipe bust. She guided me to make decisions without being pushy or presenting items that were ridiculously expensive. What I appreciated most about her was that she was conscientious of my budget. On top of that, she went above and beyond for me to get my faucets delivered in record time! She was able to catch on quickly of my aesthetic as well. Her customer service is unmatched.
