Baths R Us

We are starting a renovation for our bathroom and are excited about getting a new bath and shower from Baths R Us! Joe came out to our house to assess our bathroom and was excellent in explaining the process, materials, all while helping us work toward our budget goals at the same time. I will update this review once we've gone through the process, stay tuned! Update: the install is complete! Scott did an excellent job. He explained everything before during and after, answered all my questions and kept everything tidy. This looks nice- we can’t wait to try it tomorrow!

Beautiful shower installation by Baths R Us Bathroom Company! The team was professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. The finished shower looks amazing and completely upgraded my bathroom. The shower is also very easy to clean, great products that don’t require harsh chemicals anymore, which I love. Everything was done smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend Baths R Us Bathroom Company for quality work and excellent service.

Mitch and Jayden did a great job. Had some extra plumbing issues, but after that was taken care of everything went pretty quick. The new tub and shower look great. Beautiful work! Clean up was also very good.

I am reviewing work that was done by the Waukesha Wi location in hopes that the owner will have the integrity to do something about their product since Waukesha won’t. After a much longer wait than we were originally told by a salesman with one week of experience our job finally began with one installer. He did his best yet we ended up with mismatched panels that were cut down in an attempt to peace them together. The ends of the panels are different as well. One with an edge one without. Our vanity has a piece baseboard around the bottom that is a different color and looks awful. We are so disappointed after spending $25 k for a pieced together mess. If this company had any integrity they would have remade our panels. I get sick when ever I look at this utter crap. Troy Hirschfield

DO.NOT.USE. The promised 2 days turned into 2 months. They haven't finished the job leaving loose tiles on the floor. The cabinets were not installed symmetrically. They do not communicate well. They promised we would be happy with the final product and I can promise you we are not. They bait and downsized our cabinets which were suppose to be custom (that's why it took from July to October to get started.) It was 2 months from once they started to "their" completion - due to plumbing issues (which they didn't communicate well to us or our plumber), scheduling issues (on them - not us) and a broken backsplash (um, they had time to check that before their initial installation).
