Batjer Heating & Cooling

We’ve been with Tom Hawkins for years and then suddenly had to find a replacement.. unfortunately we found ourselves at Accurate Air.. 👎🏼.. and then thankfully learned several employees of Hawkins fled to Batjer. So thankful we did! Shout out to the scheduler that sent James Weber (from Hawkins) that is top notch and familiar with our property. Thanks Batjer!

Peter, Alan, and Slade were all wonderful. We have used other companies in the past for our AC unit, and we’ll be using Batjer from now on! They were quick, reliable, courteous, and we had the best service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Slade Little is an accomplished technician and problem solver. He determined my heating problem and resolved it in a short amount of time. Slade was very professional and pleasant. I recommend his services highly. Batjer always does seasonal checks on filters and equipment. Slade is the best!

Arturo Martinez, one of Batjer's Techs, came out this morning as promised and checked out our system. They come out twice a year to inspect our system for peace of mind. Arturo told us everything he checked out and tested and reported no issues that he found but did say he would make a note on an item that he thought may be a problem in the future. That gives the customer something to keep an eye out for. That's just good business and a good employee. Thanks
