I can't say enough good things about BRAC&H! The service team of Darien, Brandon and Jackson were professional, courteous, and thorough. During my call to set-up the maintenance visit I shared some concerns I had about insulation and duct integrity so Jackson made the trip out to inspect those components of our system. Fortunately, we were in OK shape there, but we did need the complete service they provided our unit. These folks are the absolute best in Baton Rouge.

I have used this company for years. The technicians are always professional and prompt. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Their customer service is second to none, and they have kept my old a/c unit running for years without charging me exorbitant prices.

A/C was out. Called BR Air Conditioning and Heating. Repair Man Daryll called me within 20 min, was at my house within 30 min of speaking to him and our A/C was repaired in a little over an hour. Very friendly, on time, professional and might I say was a Sunday afternoon. So thankful.

We called Baton Rouge Air Conditioning and Heating years ago when another AC company stopped responding. They responded quickly and fixed our problem. Over the years they have maintained our original home AC system. After our home system turned 20 years old, we purchased a new total Dakin system thru them. A great deal and works really well throughout the year. We have had their twice a year maintenance plan for about 10 years. We are extremely happy with their service. Everyone we have dealt with from office staff to service persons have been very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.
