Great experience (as always). Ordered my I-phone protector on line. Within 5 minutes I had the confirmation and I was ready to go. When I arrived the product was waiting for me. This was my second protector for this phone (the phone is 8 years old). The BatteryPlus protectors are far superior to the previous (monster model) and the price was amazing. I have purchased car batteries and other battery and bulb products. The story is always the same, exceptional customer support and high grade products.
I’ve been patronizing this Batteries Plus location for about 15 years and just made a trip through the epic 2026 ice storm today. That’s when I realized I’d never reviewed them before. And while 288 Google reviews average a respectable 4.6, the few dozen Yelp reviews with a sub-four average are unfair and fail to do this store justice. I’ve always been treated with professionalism and friendliness here. Unlike a car repair shop where you might be chastised for knowing nothing about the automotive world, there is no judgment at Batteries Plus for being battery ignorant. With a little witty conversation and expert knowledge, they’ll find just about any battery known to the human race, and even install it as well! This is my go to place for battery replacement and disposal. I really appreciate that they dispose of old batteries for me. They are always very helpful, including my most recent visit when they pointed out that the battery I picked from their shelves had different size terminals than the one I was replacing
I would not come to this store they will take advantage of you. I needed a 2032 battery for a car remote. The 2 pack of that battery was under $9 they charged over $18 to take the remote apart and put a 1 new battery in. This was never discussed before they did it.
Excellent high quality batteries. I have them in my cars, motorcycle, boat, and lawnmower. Great staff too, very helpful. This is my go to store for all my battery needs.
