Bauer Heating and Cooling

Where to start as I do not like to provide my opinion, unless it’s asked for, however I’m going to make a short exception for Bauer! Super nice office staff, extremely terrible corporate. Images below are coagulated mice that clogged drainage outlets from an improper installation, resulting in unsanitary environment. Bauer came out and cleaned the machine then it never worked right, they will not return any calls or messages completely stuck their head in the sand hoping it would go away. It’s been months we had to pay somebody else to put in a new unit. Shame on Bauer heating and cooling from abandoning a local Business/homeowner.

Bauer did a great job as usual, installing a panel in our hay barn and a new exterior outlet in the front of our house. We will definitely continue to use them as they always go above and beyond regardless of the size of your project. Highly recommended!

Getting a much needed new HVAC system was a very smooth and painless experience with Bauer Heating and Cooling. From the bid to the finished product, everyone was polite, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend them to do your HVAC work.

Clean, thorough, professional job. System did shut down after a few days, but it was caused by thermostat settings. A quick visit by their tech and it's been running fine for months.

The guy who came out was thorough. I feel at ease when I know that the furnace, filters, and hot water heater are check on a regular basis. This is a great maintenance plan. Thank you.
