I have a home they built in Kaukauna. 1) Several spots where the mesh tape is visible 2) Gaps in the flooring 3) Flooring coming up in spots due to insufficient glue 4) Visible seam in the carpet 5) Front door installed wrong. You have to push a bit to get it to lock. 6) Master bathroom door not plum, door can't stay open 7) Screws for handle on my back door (3 seasons room) broke the day of closing. 8) Several corners not square. 9) Drier vent not secured, it fell off and all of the very humid dryer air was blown into the basement 10) Cheap windows. When it's windy, you can feel the breeze coming in by putting your hand near the lock. 11) Cheap trim, installed poorly in places. 3 pieces weren't even nailed in. Alex with Bauman Builders has worked on many projects last year. They include replacing cedar siding on a section of the exterior on my house, many small electrical projects, dock modification for my pond, and other projects. He has always done a great job.
