Angela is amazing at coordinating details and communicating quickly! Thane was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions while offering helpful suggestions. Baumers installed my unit 10 years ago with high praise from a local realtor when I was new here. They worked within a very tight crawl space and did an awesome job. We have been long-time customers with a different heating and air company that now has new ownership. We have a very old HVAC system and we have been repeatedly told that it can still be repaired. The motor to our heat system went out and they informed us that they would order the part and rerun to repair it. After 4 phone calls and no response or repair, we were then told that the motor was obsolete and we needed a new system. Not trusting that we were completely blown off only to be told there is no part, we called Baumers. Wow. What a difference. They came out quickly, established that there were 4 motors sitting on the shelf that matched our heat system and repaired our heat. In this day and age where customers are at the mercy of professionals to do repairs, the risk of getting hosed

I purchased a split and had it installed in a new shed that I will use Asa an office/library. I am very satisfied with the job Baumer’s did!
