Bautista hardwood floor & home remodeling

Rolando and his crew refinished our outdated hardwood floors and replaced the baseboards and door trim throughout my house. We went with Bautista as they had one of the most reasonable quotes out of the 7 quotes we received. Rolando was very responsive from start to finish and was happy to answer all of my questions. His crew was able provide samples of the different stains so we could pick which one we liked best. They also did a solid job at protecting my kitchen cabinets, cleaning up and sanding down the floor. There were a couple areas where they left minor streaks from the sealer and didn't fill a nail hole all the way but they corrected these the following day without hesitation. Overall we are very satisfied with our floors and definitely recommend them!

Once again, Rolando came through for us with a quality and cost effective job. We have used his services at both our personal home and rental properties. The most recent job was removing old carpeting and installing new laminate flooring and baseboards at a rental property. Rolando's crew did a great job.
