Nobody beats BAVCO's customer service. They are a knowledgeable, trained team, not just pencil pushers. BAVCO provides great stock OEM backflow repair parts and delivered them with fast turnaround times. I can always depend on the BAVCO team!

Worst customer service. First they sent the wrong part, Second they did not have delivery services pick it up as sales rep. said they would, Third the sales manager did not have the delivery service pick it up as promised. There was two weeks from the time I talked to the sales rep. and talking with the sales manager. Now another two week have passed and I'm writing this review, I mean come on it's been a month. BAVCO, you have left me no other option than to write this review, you have been given ample time to correct this issue.
