We hired Baxter electric to install an outdoor outlet to power our motorized patio screens. Ian and Phil were very professional and performed great work! Will definitely be calling them again for future electrical needs.

I set up an afternoon appointment. I got a text message at 8:12 am saying there were here and that I had until 8:15 or they were going to leave. They never even bothered to get out of their vehicle and knock on the door. When I texted back they ignored my first few messages finally responding saying they were in a meeting and would call soon. 2 hours passed and I finally sent another text where I again got a message that they were in a meeting and if I wanted them to come back out it would have to be next week. No thanks!!! What happens next week when they decide to show up whenever is convenient for them instead of the actual time frame the appointment was set? They give me 3 minutes to respond to a text when they showed up 4 hours early. Very unprofessional. Very inconsiderate and very r
