We have worked with B-Dirt to build our lake property for the last 2 years. They have been great in all aspects of the build. In the initial design phase, they understood our needs and took feedback to come up with a great design. They have been very flexible with the build options. To save a little money and also have more control, we had them finish to drywall only while we did the rest. This required us to schedule some of our work (like kitchen cabinets) in between their work (like finished plumbing) and we were able to communicate and mesh schedules easily. They were also on time except where weather got in the way. Their build crew has always been responsive to our emails and has dealt with some mistakes with grace and timeliness. B-Dirt showed a keen interest in our home building project on a challenging piece of property due to extreme elevation changes & close proximity to protected water. They met all expectations without exception. Delivery was on time. They kept me abreast of changes, contacted me with questions, and managed the process professionally throughout. I was very impressed with their knowledgeable, experienced & caring staff from office employees to construction site personnel. Andrew Ranweiler answered the phone on first or second ring and patiently answered my questions throughout the entire project. We have had MANY compliments on our house. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional, kind and quick to respond if we had a question. A year after building our cabin, we had B-Dirt build our garage with living quarters up above.
