We hired this company in September 2020, to design and build a sunroom addition and paid the required down payment of $3,150 (a quarter of the total). In December, 2020, we were told permits were OK'd and they had started the addition. In January, we arrived at the location, only to find out that one side of our yard was dug up and black plastic around the proposed site...nothing else completed. Neighbors stated it had been dug up since October, but company states they did this in December? We called the owner, and he stated only some of the permits were OK'd and then stated that they couldn't even guarantee if the job would be started by May, 2021. We selected Bay Area because we had confidence in them, based on previous product we purchased through them. The work crew was friendly, courteous and professional. The explained what they would be doing each day and when the installation was complete, they cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and will recommend Bay Area to anyone asking about our new windows.

Bay Area Aluminum Services was recommended to me 3 years ago by a neighbor and I had them rescreen a large patio when I moved to my home, I also had them rescreen the small patio at a townhome and just had them do my back porch. We had a patio roof built on the back of our garage similar to a carport. I had about 10 different companies that came to give estimates and only one other company came close to Bay Area's bid and time to complete.
