What a great company and a terrific experience! I began looking into installing an irrigation system in May '25 and consulted several companies for estimates. Bay Area's owner, Matt, personally came out to help me determine what I needed to irrigate and to mark the yard where spray heads would be installed. As he explained, coming out to meet homeowners and get to know them and their needs really helps him provide the best service. I wasn't ready to install in May because I wanted to get a new well in prior to the irrigation system. Finally, after several delays in getting in the well, I called the company and they were able to schedule me very quickly in early Oct. I can’t say enough good things about the Bay Area Irrigation crew. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We ran into an unexpected situation when the demo crew working on my property accidentally busted the well line that feeds my backyard irrigation system. This caused a delay in my overall project, but Bay Area Irrigation stepped in without hesitation and handled the repair perfectly. They not only replaced the damaged line, but also recommended installing a protective sleeve to safeguard the new well and valve line where concrete would eventually be poured, something I hadn’t even thought about, but made complete sense. Tabitha was incredible with scheduling and troubleshooting—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was arranged quickly and that my questions were answered with patience and clarity. When the technician Josh came out, I was so impressed by his skills and knowledge. He not only fixed the issues efficiently but also took the time to explain what he was doing. He offered smart recommendations on how to improve watering coverage. It’s rare to find a company where both the office and field teams deliver top-notch service, but Bay Area Irrigation really nailed it. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

Used this company to r&r a well pump and tank. Service was superb from contact to post install. My tech Matt was explaining process and reason for why he did things in a certain way along with principles of operation for my system. Hear me when I say this, Bay Area is worth the wait for services. They are busy for a reason. I am sold on them and have lock them in my contacts. Also final cost was under my quote. I buy the best, live in the best, eat the best, drive the best, and only expect the best. Thats what I got from Bay Area Irrigation. The Best!

I just wanted to say “Wow” what an awesome company Bay Area Irrigation was for me today!!! The owner Matt was outstanding and very knowledgeable and professional very hands on with his business/company. He and his employees showed up at my residence and all of them jumped in and completed a job with so much respect in what they do was unbelievable!!! Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an owner/company who takes pride in what he does. Awesome job guys !!!
