I had a plumbing emergency and called this service because they were available right away. To their credit, they arrived quickly and resolved the issue within minutes. However, I was shocked at how high the charges were. While I appreciate the prompt response in a stressful situation, the cost felt very unreasonable. Good for urgent situations, but be prepared for a hefty bill.

Many units installed excellent longevity of equipment. Cant ever remember getting a call back for equipment failure. BAPE makes us look good to our customers. Highly recommend!!!
