Jack did an excellent job on our driveway!! It was a long process with permitting due to city requirements and processing, but Jack was always available to me through text, call, or email any time I needed him. Once the driveway started, it was a quick moving job and the results are better than I imagined!! Jacks pricing was very fair in comparison to others, and I appreciate the ease of communication always! The driveway looks amazing, and I WILL be calling him back to do our backyard project next.

Jack managed this project and did a great job. He was extremely responsive, and we always knew what state the project was in. He was flexible with our start time, which had to keep moving due to unforeseen situations. His paver team did a fantastic job with our relatively difficult project that required grading and a clever solution to fix height issues. Jack worked tirelessly with the bureaucratic city of Tampa to get our job done. The job was started and completed in about 8 hours. We reached out to many companies for flooring options for our new backyard patio. While some of the others may have marketed themselves as more glamorous, Jonathan at Bay Brick Pavers gave us much more personal attention and a better price for the exact same job than any of the others we talked to. He showed us some excellent options in his showroom. However, we had our heart set on a different set of pavers that we found elsewhere, so he had no problem getting them specially ordered for us. The installers were very respectful and friendly. They got straight to work and finished very quickly. The quality is superb and the finished product looks beautiful!
