The installers were right on time. They moved furniture out efficiently. Took out old carpet and then did a great job of installing the flooring. They were very considerate of our desires. Furniture was all replaced and even put somethings in a different place for us. Everything was clean and neat. They even hammered in tacks on my other bedroom doorway that I kept stepping on. Thanks for a great job.

This company was professional, friendly, quick efficient and now my Doggie can go down the steps safely. I will use them in the future for all my Flooring needs. I would highly recommend this flooring company and the installer was great thanks, Les.

We had a wonderful experience with Bay Carpets in Centreville, MD. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, the owners Les and Oksana Fisher were incredibly helpful—quick to respond to questions and so patient as I took my time deciding. Their in-room app is amazing and made such a difference. Being able to upload photos of my room and see the carpet virtually in place was incredibly helpful. I also took home a couple of samples, which made the final decision much easier. We ultimately chose a Mohawk carpet, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and color selection. Their overall selection was great, including pet-friendly options, and we upgraded to the memory foam padding, which is unbelievably comfortable and cushiony to walk on. What a pleasure to do business with people who are so well-organized, responsive, and professional! Bay Carpets accommodated an off-the-wall request, ordering all-wool carpeting that they didn’t carry and were top-notch throughout the process. They were on time, flexible in meeting our scheduling needs, and did a truly great job on the installation. If you want a local company that goes above and beyond and is utterly reliable, they should be at the top of your list. (We always try to go local, but have had some epic fails in the past!) Bay Carpets did a fantastic job in my mom’s in-law’s apartment. Her cats had completely ruined the carpet in the doorway areas and we weren’t sure it could be saved. Bay Carpets came in repaired the damaged sections and made it look brand new again. You honestly can’t even tell there was ever an issue. Professional, efficient and excellent quality work. Highly recommend!
