Bay Heating Service (specially Dave Drews) is hands down the absolute best service company I have ever had the pleasure of working with since becoming a home owner. The kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, how quickly they were able to get me in, and desire to truly help was such a blessing. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this company and service tech. I will never use anyone else but them for any future hearing and cooling needs!

Dave at Bay Heating was amazing. We received another bid and it was overpriced on an average furnace and air conditioner. We got a top of the line furnace and air conditioner at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend using Bay Heating. Dave provided excellent customer service and even came and installed it while we were on vacation. Then took the time to come back and go through the model we purchased. Awesome!

Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have. Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be. I would highly recommend this company for any size job you have because they wont let you down.

Our AC unit decided to stop working 2 days ago in 90 degree weather. Total professionalism with Dave and Shane. They were both Respectful, courteous and friendly. They explained things as they were going along. Shane got us back up and running again in no time at all. They were even able to come the same day my husband called. Highly recommend Bay Heating.
