This company was absolutely excellent. From the first phone call to the end of my move. It was nothing but a pleasure. The actual movers were extremely helpful, kind efficient, and professional! I highly recommend :-)

The crew was stealing from my father. One of them took the coins and hid the frame that they were in behind a mirror. We had to call the police because they started an argument with my father. They confessed and gave my father back his belongings. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Never again!!!!! On top of it they were expensive. Disgrace. Update: The mover that stole gave back my fathers belongings and was fired on the spot by the foreman. The moving company sent 2 new men to help the move. No apologies from any of the management. Terrible and very unhappy. It would have been nice if the management actually gave a real phone call to my family to apologize. I have to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with your company. Wilfredo, Brandon and George were awesome! Nothing was a problem and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Your team did an excellent job yesterday. The 3 man crew was efficient, hard working and professional. They handled the heavy pieces of furniture with care. I am very pleased with our experience with Bay Shore Moving & Storage. They moved my parents from Long Island to Boston. It was a difficult move, but the team of men headed by Marlin worked non-stop, were professional, courteous, and did a great job. We appreciated everyone’s good attitude and quality work. I highly recommend them.
