Bay State Bath

From start to finish this was a painless process!! I spoke with Jennifer and her daughter Kristen personally and not because there were problems just to check in on the whole process!! All of the customer service, plumbers, plastering, electricians were outstanding to work with!! Left every time with clean up a priority!! Our project was two parts shower first and then floor, vanity, lights and toilet was later. Neil began the process as professional as the rest of the project! No pressure!! Highly recommend!!! We have a small bathroom on the first floor, that will be down the road but definitely we will call Bay State Bath!!! Before and after. We wanted to paint so excuse the non painted walls and only because we (the family) haven’t picked it!!

The work that was done in my bathroom is great. I had an old cast iron tub I was replacing and they took it out like nothing. The demo was so clean and fast. I had a new acrylic tub and walls put in as well as hardware. The installers did a fantastic job. It took two days which wasn't a big deal because I still had use of the toilet. My fiancee is happy with it and that's all that matters.

Bay State Bath is so great, I had them do my shower. I shopped around before selecting them. I love their professionalism and how they will work with you. The owner Jennifer is an angel, she treated me like I was family. I will not go to any other company after dealing with Bay State Bath. I have another bathroom that need to be done also. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bay State Bath. From Jim, the initial rep who came to my house, to Victor and Denny, who performed the installation, my experience was top notch. I had been expecting a high pressure sales pitch for extras I didn't want or need. Instead, Jim and I had a nuanced conversation about the pros and cons of various products, and whether certain upgrades were worth the extra cost. I opted for a slightly broader scope than originally intended, and am happy I did, as it brought my bathroom out of 1971 and into the 21st century, while retaining the charm of some of the original blue tile. Jennifer you and your team were fabulous!! I am still wowed every time I use our baths. We had the 2 bathrooms remodeled back in 2020. Your designer came to my home and gave me your recommendations and allowed me to have you do the full down to studs bath/shower and sink install. All the fancy delta high end faucets, sink, cabinets, and marble countertops you let me order myself. I had all the parts at my home waiting for the team. And your great leadership put the team to work tying all this together. Keep up the great work !!
