Used this company for a well pump, new ac/heat pump, hot water tank, and to fix a leak on our well pressure tank. This all happened within a couple months of each other. Great customer service and timely arrival. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll preface this by saying save yourself some time and call Pattison Aerator Repair instead. I contacted this company via a home warranty to help service an aerator pump in my septic tank. They came out quickly, assessed the problem and let me know the pump was dead and needed replaced. They took the old pump and let me know they would have to order a replacement which would be a couple days. A week went by and I hadn’t heard back, so I reached out. I was told that there was some delay with shipping but that they were tracking the order and it would be there soon. Another week went by and I had to call again. More noise about shipping delays, etc. I was told I would hear back first thing the following week. That was 3 weeks ago as of today and I have yet to hear back. They have my old pum

I would rate it a negative 10 stars if that was an option. Totally incompetent, they are unable to communicate on a basic level (answer the phone!). Placed order on Thursday, confirmed on Saturday that they would be out the following Tuesday. Took PTO to wait for the technician Tuesday. They never showed. I called multiple times, no answer on Tuesday. The next day, I again called multiple times, no answer. Immediately used a different phone number and they answered, I guess they were ashamed Said again they would be out Wednesday afternoon. I stayed at home again, technician tries to knock on a side door of the house instead of the front doorbell. I had answered his phone call 20 minutes before telling him I was home, my garage was open and car in the garage. He decides to leave

Came highly recommended. Called and they sent a technician out who smelled of alcohol. Told me there was a part that needed ordered and that they would call me the next day to discuss and they never did. I called them two days later and the OWNER said that he would send someone out the next day and no one showed. Very poor customer service and an extreme lack of professionalism. Save yourself the wasted time and go else where.

Not reliable at all!! No show and no return calls! Call Pipeworks! Don't waste your time with these guys!
