I’m finishing my basement and the work they did will increase the value of my home and allow me to have a legal bedroom in the basement. Highly recommend them and will work with them again on my next remodel.

Baynick’s put in an egress window on our basement last week and we are completely thrilled with their overall work! Nick and Nick Jr. showed up on time, got right to work, and finished the whole job in one day! Communication with Nick was easy and he was always extremely responsive with any questions we had. We knew exactly the process, the details, and the total amount for the work before it even began. They were very respectful of our property (and even saved a beautiful bush that could have easily been destroyed), took great care of our yard by laying down protection before driving their machines on it, and treated our renovation like they would their own home. They were punctual, friendly, efficient, thorough, clearly explained what was happening, and cleaned everything up before they left. Nick (owner), his son, and team did an amazing job on our egress window. They installed a 60”x60” sliding window in our basement, as we are adding an additional bedroom. They were very professional, kind, and answered all of our many questions. Adding an egress isn’t cheap, but if you do need one or many, call these guys.

Baynick didn't require a payment to come see the job and came out to our house shortly after contacting them to see the space and walk us through the entire project in detail (permits, products, etc.). Day of install they were neat, professional and the install turned out great. After the installation was complete, my kids were so excited to see the construction and they even went above and beyond and showed my kids ALL their equipment. Would definitely recommend to people looking to have an egress window installed.
