I can't say enough good things about Glenn and his tech Wade. Prior to hiring Bayou City Backflow and Plumbing, I made the mistake of hiring ARS Rescue Rooter. They promised to diagnose without charging anything. Not only did ARS charge me, but they also almost cost me the warranty that was due for the replacement water heater. After speaking with Glenn from Bayou City Backflow Plumbing (BCBP), he sent a tech Wade, out to my place. Wade got on the phone w the water heater company, pinpointed the issue and got them to approve the warranty replacement. I can't thank you both enough. I am very appreciate of the fast and professional work. The price even with their diagnostic fee was reasonable and just overall good guys that aren't out to price gouge you. I have used Bayou City Back Flow on many occasions. They came to my rescue at a vacation rental where time was of the essence and fixed the problem thus saving the guest reservation. I plan on using him for future work on an outdoor shower too, and any other issues that come our way. His response time to initial phone calls or texts is incredible, and he actually shows up a lot quicker than other plumbing companies I've worked with. Highly recommend!

Galveston Freeze 2018. Every other company I called said lead time was 3 days to one week. Bayou City Plumbing said we will be there within the hour and they were. After 2 hours broken pipes replaced and water restored. Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommended
