Bayou State Inspection is amazing. As first time home buyers, we were worried about how thorough the Inspection would be and came with a list of requirements sourced from family and friends and even brought my dad as backup. There was no need. Solomon was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful, listening to all of our asks and assuring us that it was already on the list or he would add it for us. He showed us everything he was doing, inside and out, and even brought out the high tech gadgets to show us foundation measurements and thermal patterns in the walls and ceiling.
