Bayside Electrical Contractors

Performed work on a new renovation in Osterville center with faulty breakers and consistently ignored calls and requests to fix for months, saying no crew available. Poor quality and no integrity.

We used Bayside in 2yrs ago to fix our residential exterior lights. We we put on a wait list since their contractors were all scheduled out. We waited a couple of months and then a phone call. Bayside could send a electricians in two days. We took it and they guys showed up. They found the trouble and fixed the issues. Great. Then 1.5 years later the lights we now again not turning on. They kepts popping the breaker installed the last time Bayside was out. Called Bayside, Feb 2024, since it was over a year old since the last visit we again on a wait list even though we are now prior customers. I Called to inquire about getting an estimate on upgrading the panels and service lines on a few of my properties. Lady was very snobby, arrogant, and rude. Based off that I wouldn't use or even recommend.

They sent me to get an expensive piece of equipment that I didn't need and told me to reschedule an appointment. I tried twice to reschedule. They never answered my calls or called me back. I must have looked too poor to pay.
