STAY AWAY!!!! Unless you wanna get ripped off. Have parked here every time I’ve attended a Miami Heat game. In past years, it’s been USD$30-40, but today (Dec 27, 2025) it was flat rate USD$60!!! Outrageous. This lot is run by scammers

I recently visited the Bay side in Miami and was impressed by the vast array of vendors and products. The marketplace offered a unique and authentic shopping experience, with everything from local handicrafts The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with friendly people vendor animals show and closet to the water we took a ride in a bout was perfect to see the sunset 🌅 beautiful jut for $ 35 ride

It is one of the places to see when you come to Miami. The prices in the souvenir shops are expensive. You can drink nice cocktails in many cafes and restaurants by the water. While you're here, don't leave without seeing the Bubba Gump restaurant from the movie Forrest Gump.

Ive read a lot of reviews where folks were complaining about getting tickets for backing into spaces, claiming there were no signs. On Sunday, 08/31/2025, I parked on the 1st level... and counted 5 signs that stated no back in parking. Including the sign that is in front of the driver when you enter the garage. Pay attention.

Don't go there; they rip off tourists, and the parking prices are outrageous—$80 for just one hour! It's not worth it, and everything is expensive.
