Bayside came recommended by another company to help with a blocked storm drain. Communication was very poor and it took a few months to get someone onsite after many phone calls. My initial request was to use a camera or to help find where the blockage is. Bayside recommended jetting instead. When the crew finally arrived they first said they preferred to use a camera first for this kind of issue but they weren't aware beforehand and didn't have the equipment. I asked that they proceed with the jetting anyways. I will pause to say that the crew was very friendly and are experts at what they do. Quick response times to our email inquiry and even quicker delivery times. We live in a rural area and I was nervous about communication regarding delivery times but I received a call the morning of the delivery day and the truck arrived within 15 minutes of the promised delivery timeframe. Respectful operator! Thank you and will be using your services again in the future.

I have used Bayside more than once and there always spot on for service and getting the job done. We had communication issues between my staff and their company on pricing I called and spoke to the owner, he immediately scheduled a truck and is going to take care of us. This is the second time this company has rescued us with their ability and service. For the second time in less than a year, we have had to call Bayside to provide emergency water to us when our well pump failed. Chris was very responsive to our initial call early on a Sunday morning (Mother's day!) and Miles appeared at our property not long after. He was a true gentlemen: polite, courteous and very professional in every respect. The water was delivered and we were "saved" once again. Bayside and it's employees (including Kayla in the office) set a very high bar to which all service industries should aspire. This is a well-run business and the employees with whom we have interacted have been nothing short of wonderful. Many thanks to each of you!

Our "well" is not a well, so we have to have water delivered. Bayside is great. We super appreciate their prompt help. Imagine no water: no toilets, no dishes, no laundry, no dog bowls filled. All very important and high priority needs.
