Went to their office at 4:18p to get a quote on carpet. Monique was there and did not want to help because she said she was closing at 4:30p. Did not even get off her seat to speak to us and possibly find another time where she could help us. This is very poor customer service and will not be taking my business there ever and will sure let others know as well. We went to Bixby Plaza Carpet instead and purchased carpet from them. Debbie was great and helped us and took her time to make sure she answered all our questions.

I've been using B&B Carpets for almost 30 years. They have done hundreds of vinyl and/or carpet jobs for us. Their installers are top notch. They have a wide range of products from all of the top mills and manufacturers and their prices are very competitive on all their products. Bob Bernard and his staff are extremely accommodating. Providing high quality service is their goal and they never let us down. Call B&B and you won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t be more pleased with B & B Carpet. Bob visited to measure the area and answered the many questions we had. The installers were prompt and as professional with their work as Bob was with his. We had previously visited the two big box stores that sold carpet and came away from both very dissatisfied. We highly recommend Bob and his people.
