Pete has serviced our pools at three different houses for the last 11 years. He does an outstanding job. He is meticulous, keeps the pool spotless and lets me know if there are any equipment issues and I need make a service call. Customer service from Pete is first class.

I’ve been using B&B Pools since 2017. As I think back to my interactions with founder and owner, Bryant, to my current service technician, Charles, the common thread is going above and beyond with customer service. Having a pool is a luxury, work needs to be done every week. Charles treats my investment like it’s his own. Always happy to send a quick message if something needs attention. More importantly, he keeps the pool ready for action from my kids no matter the time of year.

Charles Andrews has been our pool maintenance technician for the past four years and does a FANTASTIC job maintaining the pool and surrounding area. In this day and age, it’s difficult to trust some contractors, but not Charles and B&B Pools. I’m never disappointed after a visit from Charles and B&B pools.
